9:00am Mondays - Gentle Yang Yoga, suitable for everyone - full!
6:30pm Thursdays - Hatha Yoga, suitable for experienced yogis - space available…firstname.lastname@example.org to register
9:00am Fridays - Yin Yoga, suitable for everyone - full!
Please come prepared with a yoga mat, small pillow and light blanket as well as any personal props that you may require.
