Tava Yoga offerings

Space is limited, pre-registration is required. Classes are scheduled as follows:

9:00 am Tuesdays - Yin Yoga, suitable for everyone 

5:30 pm Wednesdays - Hatha Yoga (mix of Yin and Yang), suitable for physically active students 

 

Please come prepared with a yoga mat, small pillow and light blanket as well as any personal props that you may require.
